This site is owned and operated by PRET-A-BEAUTE, a registered trademark of FASHIONINC, ("we", "our" or "us" shall refer to PRET-A-BEAUTE). 3. The cost of handling each Return amounts to a fixed amount of 9 Euros per returned product, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
4. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned in any case. Crystal earrings and jewelry are not returnable. Gemstone jewelry is non-returnable to ensure the high quality of the gemstones. Hats are non-returnable. Finally, sunglasses are not returnable as no possible damage to the lenses can be determined. Products by the designer Alexandra Tsoukala are not returnable due to sensitivity in the way they are manufactured;
5. The products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging. Where provided any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, leather tags, designer boxes and jewelry boxes and dust bags should also be returned as they are considered part of the product. If boxes of products when returned are damaged your return may not be accepted;
6. Do not use PRET-A-BEAUTE boxes (black or brown) as the outer packaging box for your return. The boxes (black or brown) are part of the products and if damaged, returns are not accepted. Return your order in exactly the same packaging as you received it including any gifts you may have received;
7. Your return must be accompanied by the Receipt. Returns not accompanied by the original receipt will not be accepted;
8. If you are returning more than one item from the same order, you should send them all at once: PRET-A-BEAUTE does not accept multiple returns from the same order, with products sent at different times or in different shipments.
9. Returns of items on sale, discounted products or products that have been purchased with a discount/ promotional coupon are not subject to the possibility of a refund except for the issuance of a coupon and credit for the purchase of other products;
10. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on Final Sale products, Made to Order products and products bought during BLACK FRIDAY sales.
11. Orders that contain a current gift offer are not subject to refunds other than coupon issuance and credit money to buy other products;
12. Items bought with the use of a store credit, that was the result of returned items bought using promotional codes, or items that were returned at the discretion of PRET-A-BEAUTE, cannot be returned.
13. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. For destinations outside the US, CAN and EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through PRET-A-BEAUTE. You should try to contact your local customs bureau directly and by providing them all the return documents you should be able to recover these amounts. PRET-A-BEAUTE is not responsible in case the return is stopped at customs and the return liable for duties. PRET-A-BEAUTE's responsibility starts when the package arrives at our warehouse.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your PRET-A-BEAUTE account (you will need to register your details). The amount will be automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for six months. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within seven working days of initial receipt.
Items should be received within 14 days from the day that the Return Authorization Number (RAN) was requested from PRET-A-BEAUTE. Items that are returned later than the time frame of fourteen (14) days from the day that the RAN was requested by you, will be accepted only at the discretion of PRET-A-BEAUTE and may only be refunded as a store credit. Moreover, RANs requested after 7 days of the delivery of the order will also be granted at PRET-A-BEAUTE’s discretion.
All products sold by PRET-A-BEAUTE include an identification tag attached complete with a disposable safety seal. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. Returned products without the tag and seal will not be accepted.
All jewelry should be handled with care and should be tried on without removing the identification tag that will be attached with the disposable seal. All jewelry should be returned in their original, undamaged box and cloth bag (if any) as this is considered part of the product. Jewelry that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned in any case, due to reasons of hygiene.
All complaints will be dealt with sympathetically. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Any items that are clearly suffering from a manufacturing defect will be replaced or refunded immediately. However, we reserve the right, in the case of questionable complaints, to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection in order to clarify whether the complaint is genuine. We will keep the customer informed of the progress of her complaint. This procedure may take up to 60 days. Faulty goods are considered as such, only if they are returned with all safety seals attached. In case that goods are returned broken without the products' original safety seal or with PRET-A-BEAUTE's safety seal broken, they will not be considered as faulty and will not be credited or exchanged. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
It is free to exchange items for a different size. Shipping charges for return and shipping of new item apply. We will exchange any items provided they are returned unworn in perfect condition with all their original packaging intact within 7 days of dispatch. To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require at the time of requesting your RAN and follow the same instructions with Returns, as specified above. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. Special orders (i.e goods ordered in specially that we do not normally stock) cannot be returned. Please ensure that high value items should be returned via registered or recorded post and that they are insured. We cannot be held responsible for the loss in transit of returned goods.
After PRET-A-BEAUTE has received products and checked that the products meet all requirements for return, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or to hers PRET-A-BEAUTE account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items or items sent by mistake), which we deduct to cover the cost of our shipping. Whatever form of payment you used (Credit or Debit Card), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when PRET-A-BEAUTE was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once PRET-A-BEAUTE checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions. The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment you used.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. PRET-A-BEAUTE offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once designer stock has been delivered to PRET-A-BEAUTE. PRET-A-BEAUTE will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by a designer/supplier. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at PRET-A-BEAUTE; alternatively you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.
If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and e-mail you again or telephone you to confirm we have accepted your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Your order will not be accepted if it becomes apparent to us that there are material errors in the prices advertised on our website. If you have not supplied us with your e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of our ordering process will act as confirmation that we have received your order. No contract will be formed until you receive confirmation from us that we have accepted your order, at which point we will take payment from your credit or debit card once we have checked your credit or debit card details. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. We reserve the rights, even after we have charged your credit card, if we find material errors in the order to return the amount of money to your credit card and cancel the order. At the point when we dispatch the goods the contract for our sale and your purchase of the goods shall be made and the contract shall be formed at the place from which our acceptance e-mail is sent to you or as verbally confirmed over the phone.
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro debit cards, PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by PRET-A-BEAUTE. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
PRET-A-BEAUTE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
You can cancel or amend any order placed with PRET-A-BEAUTE, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. If you have registered in PRET-A-BEAUTE and have created an account, please visit your account and cancel your order.
We may include hyperlinks on this Site to other websites or resources operated by parties other than PRET-A-BEAUTE, including advertisers. PRET-A-BEAUTE has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Web Site and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages nor are we responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, products or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offense caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external websites or resources.
Any disclaimers and exclusions or liability in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of PRET-A-BEAUTE or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with EU Law. If any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforce-ability of the remaining provisions.
At our request, you agree fully to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRET-A-BEAUTE immediately on demand, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of these Terms & Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Site, or the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you here-under.

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with EU Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece. All contracts are concluded in English.
